Queer Art Club - an creative arts group facilitated by and for LGBT+ community.

Queer Art Club aims to provide support, advocacy and platforms for the LGBT+ community, but most importantly a community led space that allows individuals to be their unique selves. We encourage individuals to build confidence in their artwork and their selves and nourish friendships. This is a form of active inclusion. Creating safe spaces is a progressive move towards a kinder world. 

Individuals are free to work on their own projects or be led by an artist facilitator.

Materials will be provided. 

Queer Art Club is a monthly event, occurring on the second Saturday of each month at 12 – 2pm.

Butler Gallery and the Learning Centre is wheelchair accessible, and we would like to make the space as accessible as possible.

This is an 18+ event and group open to the LGBTQIA+ community and their allies.
