Join us for a Sketching Tour of the Permanent Collection with Learning & Public Engagement Curator Bryan Hogan on Thursday 2nd May to celebrate Bealtaine, Ireland's national celebration of the arts and creativity as we age.

We invite participants to respond to our collection through discussion and drawing. As you are guided through the collection a slow looking approach will be taken to allow the participant to fully appreciate and see the work enabling us to understand the image which we will then sketch.

Free

We will provide clipboards, paper and pencils. You can bring your own dry materials but note that no wet materials are allowed.

Places are limited, booking is required.

Bealtaine is Ireland’s national festival which celebrates the arts and creativity as we age. The festival is run by Age & Opportunity, the leading national development organisation working to enable the best possible quality of life for us all as we age.
