2-Day Mosaic Course
with Maria Byrne

Join us for a 2-day course in mosaic led by Maria Byrne.

During this workshop, participants will have the opportunity to design and create their own unique mosaic piece in a style of their choosing. You will be able to select from a variety of design ideas and enjoy the relaxing, creative process of bringing a mosaic to life from start to finish. You’ll explore techniques such as cutting, design creation, and setting the mosaic to form a finished piece. Maria will share tips on colour and design as you work with a variety of coloured tiles.

This will be a fun and creative experience for both beginners and those with prior experience. By the end, you’ll have a beautiful mosaic to take home, along with new skills and techniques to continue exploring the art of mosaic.

All materials provided, suitable for beginners.

This is an adult art class, participants must be 18+.

This course is funded by the Kilkenny and Carlow Education and Training Board and is subsidised for participants.
