Eileen took time to focus on her practice in soil chromatography and ongoing collaborative project Roots for the Future: A Radical Climate Thinking Group. During her residency Eileen mentored two young artists on a tailored professional development residency as part of the Youth Ecology Art Summer Residency. YEA members worked alongside Eileen in Butler Gallery’s Garden Studio, gaining insight into how to pursue and sustain a career in the arts, and mentoring on a project.
