This fun and educational food event investigates the intersection of Kilkenny’s Culinary and Artistic history. Clare Anne will be cooking up exciting recipes showcasing the best Kilkenny produce while revealing the significance of Butler Gallery’s Art Collection that inspired these dishes. Inspired by paintings such as Jane O’ Malley’s The Kitchen Counter, Clare Anne will create avenues for audiences to look anew at these fabulous art works and celebrate the rich artistic and culinary heritage of this great city.

As part of the Savour Kilkenny festival, Butler Gallery is delighted to present Savour(ing) Art - a trailblazing programme that mingles the realms of culinary expertise and artistic expression. Designed to entice both tourists and locals alike, these events will offer audiences an innovative perspective on art through the lens of food and drink.

This is a Free unticketed event, seats at the Savour Kilkenny Taste Stage will be allocated on a first come first served basis.
