Please Note:

  • Mount Juliet Estate is a supporter of Butler Gallery and is generously supporting this event. This is an essential fundraising event for the gallery.
  • Visitors will be charged €10 per person for entry. Children under 16 have free entry.
  • A €10 registration fee applies to submit an application to take part in the event.
  • There is space for 30 Artists - selection decisions will be made by the Butler Gallery selection committee.
  • All sales are for the sole benefit of the seller.
  • You may bring your own promotional material, tables, easels and equipment. Space available 12x5ft.
  • Trestle tables can be provided free of charge if needed.
  • Butler Gallery will provide you with Summer Art Fair graphics ahead of the event to help you promote the Fair to your audiences.
  • Set up will take place on Sunday 7th July between 8.00am and 11.00am.
  • In the event of rain the event will take place in-doors in the McCalmont Suite.
